A first-generation Immigrant from the Philippines, Brian recently received a certification from Harvard University on Rhetorics via their online learning initiative. He’s also a military veteran and had years of experience working in healthcare.
Film producing wise, Brian is the Post-Producer for both the Award Winning feature documentary Amy’s Victory Dance and the short Dark Matter under SpinKick Pictures.
He is also the co-producer for the short documentary, Poetic Truth. Another feature documentary that he is producing is PS Love Robby about a 58 y/o man who is Neurodivergent with Autistic traits.
Aside from co-founding the production company for FollowLeadLOVE, Brian also owns his Film/Photoshoot Production & Brand Strategy Consultation Company, Humanize It.
His mission is to maximize his diverse experience, skills & knowledge to help bring about an authentic human connection and be one of the vessels to the voiceless, marginalized & underrepresented using his chosen platforms
FollowLeadLOVE wants to use its message by serving as one of the catalysts to help start a civilized conversation on issues not only to the Dance and Arts Communities but to a broader and wider audience such as the LGBTQI+, Asian & African-American communities as well as the Female demographics.
As a First Generation Immigrant and as a person of color, I have personally experienced micro and macro aggressions as well as lateral oppressions from multiple directions. But with every obstacle comes an opportunity to transform, it is to fully embrace becoming a vessel to the voiceless, marginalized & underrepresented. In so many ways, I see myself being represented by this documentary film project.
Producing FollowLeadLOVE is another way of affirming my personal philosophy that it doesn't matter who you are or where you’re from, as long as you AIM TO BECOME A BETTER VERSION OF THYSELF KNOWING THAT IT DESERVES NOTHING LESS.
